Skills and competences What should I include in my CV as skills? It is worth dividing competences into soft and hard. Soft skills are more difficult to verify and require a more subjective assessment from the recruiter. These are personal and interpersonal predispositions, such as conscientiousness, creativity, easy establishment of good relationships with clients and the ability to manage a team. However, hard competencies can be easily verified by a recruiter. They are part of the substantive knowledge that can be acquired, for example, through work, study, training or courses.
Examples of hard skills include knowledge of English at C level, good moible number data knowledge of Photoshop or very good knowledge of Office programs. Achievements and certificates If you have completed training or courses confirmed by certificates, please place them here. Provide information about the training, where it was conducted and at what time. TIP If you are a student , it is worth entering here engaging projects or tasks in which you participated. You could be the starosta of your year, speak publicly at the university or coordinate the work of university volunteers ( certificates obtained and achievements, scientific clubs, academic distinctions, etc.

Anything that allowed you to learn something new has its value - especially for a good employer.?? . Education Focus on the most important information. There is no need to provide your full education path - e.g. primary, junior high, high school - unless these are the last schools you completed. The added value for the employer is the university activities in which you participated and which brought something specific to you - especially if this information is crucial in the selection process of candidates applying for a given position.
